Low-Profile 4X Backshell With New Latch Release                                                  Meritec introduces a new low-profile addition to its high performance family of products. The units are suitable for traditional or belly-to-belly configurations. This 4X termination continues to utilize Meritec’s proven Direct Attach technology, making it an industry leader in electrical performance. In addition to being low-profile this new offering supports single, double, and quad data rate. The low-profile configuration will be available in 24, 26, 28, and 30 gauge low-smoke zero-halogen cable. This new cable assembly supports the industry standard interfaces for high speed data transfer applications that include 10G Ethernet-CX4, 10G FibreChannel, Serial ATA (SATA), Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) and 10G Myrinet.
